I almost never write testimonials for products or services, but want to do so concerning a recent project completed at our home by Grant Contracting. We needed ceramic tile floor and subfloor replaced in our kitchen, dining area, and bath – no small task. I contacted Jeff, on recommendation of a local hardware store in Truro, who came by to see us the very next day. I was impressed with Jeff’s professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge during our discussion. We were going on vacation and Jeff was even able to accommodate us and do the work when we were away, frequently keeping us updated on his team’s progress. Upon returning, we were VERY pleased with the results. Excellent work. I recommend Grant Contracting without reservation, and will contact Jeff again without hesitation the next time I need a contractor to do work on my home.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Grants Contracting and have decided we will only have dealings with this company going forward. The owner and employees go above and beyond to do a good job no matter what the size of the job or the scope of the work. They respond quickly and efficiently to any request or question. We purchased our ICF constructed home that was built by Grant Contracting and we are very pleased. We have just recently had a detached shed built on our site by them and once again a great job, done when they said it would be done and again another great job!

I would highly recommend Jeff and his company for any job ; big or small. We recently had our basement finished and are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and that it was completed in the time frame he told us. He and his workers were always professional and very easy to get along with. We will definitely be hiring Jeff again for our next project.

Jeff and his crew have done great work for us including updating two bathrooms at our main house and one at our cottage, refinishing kitchen cabinetry, resurfacing our fireplace, installing a new roof and adding a new bathroom at our cottage. Top notch workmanship and attention to detail at a reasonable price. 5 stars!!!

We are very happy with the ICF foundation sunroom that Grant Contracting added to our home. Jeff and team are easy to work with, creative and flexible; very knowledgeable and up to date on modern construction techniques. Had the fellas replace a rotten porch. Great work, guys got it done fast, Kate is prompt in handling communications. However, one of the guys is anti-vax and I would not want him around for any interior work.
