I couldn't have picked a better place.
Gary was amazing to deal with.
He went out of his way to set me and my wife's phones up and helped us with the transition of changing service providers.
He did it all with a smile and a laugh or too while being a true professional.
You won't go wrong with this team.

We recently had our fleet set up with 2 way radios (8 radios). Kevin and Chris took the time to meet with us, look over the machines and install/set up the system within a few hours. Today was the first full day with the full system in operation- communication was reliable and exceptionally valuable for the crew. 10/10 would recommend this company for telecommunication services.

I went to Telequip to cancel my contact with TELUS as I kept getting overage charges and poor cell reception?
Gary listened to my concerns, fixed my iPhone settings so I wouldn’t get any more surprises on my bill and replaced my SDS card so my phone works now.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and even installed the screen protector on my phone so I did not have to do it.
I saved so much money I bought my wife a new iPhone.

My experience with Telequip has been with their excellent customer service. They are a Telus dealer, and the service they offer their customer over and above the usual cell providers is a refreshing change. Consistent dedicated staff there to answer all your questions makes such a difference!

Not bed communication but not a clear payment system - I topped up my phone account on 50$ through Royal bank but my money disappeared without any results - Royal Bank said your money already sensed but Telus's support said we didn't receive your money 🙁 both these organizations have very undeveloped services - on this background can occur everything danger situation from lost communication in important moments to lost all money in Royal bank. Manager of bank promised me to make an investigation but I have no believes because his lazy stuff don't want to call to the Telus to ask about his transaction!
