I dropped in to Simcoe audio video to see the Paradigm s6000f 100% Canadian designed, engineered and crafted home loud speakers (according to the Paradigm website info) and the main man at Simcoe audio video, Tony demonstrated them to me and then made a great deal for me to take the speakers home! I consulted my Mrs and we purchased these incredible home tower speakers.... I have had them about 2 weeks and I cannot get over these incredible speakers that image like speakers twice the price...and you don't need big power either, they have made my entertainment room kick butt! Thanks Tony and Simcoe audio and video for your professionalism and excellent advice! With Tony's knowledge and experience he will not steer you wrong!

This is my second pair of Paradigms speakers as well and my others are 35 + years old and still sound fantastic!!!

This is how customer service should be, Jim is fantastic and extremely prompt. Even though I ordered my Audeze Maxwell from Amazon with Simcoe as the seller, they were able to quickly help me get a replacement headset under warranty and were very straight forward through the process.

When I emailed in with my warranty request, Jim had already put aside the replacement Maxwell in preparation to ship it to me. I'll be sure to order directly from Simcoe in the future.

Borrowing a quote from Spinal Tap, "Most reviews only go to 5, but this one goes to 6." 6 Stars (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) for Shaun Hart and his crew. Prompt responses, premium equipment, hassle free installation, top notch customer service and no such thing as a silly question. We originally purchased inferior equipment from one of the supposed "Best" places you could "Buy" electronics, but quickly appreciated the old adage; "You get what you pay for." Shaun was extremely helpful in recommending products that suited our needs and Aaron installed them in a flash. We couldn't be happier with our setup and would recommend Simcoe AV to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

JIM BAKER the head of the E-commerce side of business was amazing. After Amazon lost a speaker that I ordered from Simcoe, Jim stepped up and made sure I had another speaker on the way within 2 days of my order. I also got a great price (as the original speaker was purchased on black friday). Thanks Jim! I've been dealing with Simcoe Audio for almost 7 years now. I initially bought by Sony Bravia TV from them in 2017 and I found that their pricing was very competitive and to my surprise they would also price match. Their service is impeccable and their knowledge is superb. I returned to them a few weeks ago to purchase the Sonos Arc and initially had some issues with setting up the sound system through the ARC port. Paul and Jim were both fantastic to deal with! They ended up sending a service tech to trouble shoot the system and once again the service was quick and very professional. If you need good quality audio and visual items and great service, this is the place, hands down.
