Had a superb experience at Specialty Trophies today. They were able to do a same-day engraving for a plaque for my father-in-law’s urn, with lots of different styles and materials to choose from, and it turned out wonderfully.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. The turn around time was also amazing.

Thank you for making this process easy for my mother-in-law among an endless list of things to think about and get done during a funeral process.

Inquired about having a custom plaque made in a very short time frame. Although it was a busy time of year, they were able to deliver product of great quality for a very reasonable price. The customer service was unparalleled: communications were efficient and in due time, I received a preview of the design and given the opportunity to make comments and request adjustments, which were addressed flawlessly. The designer I was in contact with, Cat, very clearly cared about delivering a product I would be 100% satisfied with. I strongly recommend their services and will personally call upon them in the future even though I live out of province.

Wanted to get a name/number put on the back of my jersey. Called ahead and they said no problem, when I picked it up the proportions were way off — comically tiny. They said there was nothing to be done in order to fix it. Took them over a week to get back to me about a refund. Would not recommend.

Specialty Trophies and Engraving went above and beyond for our end-of-summer neighbourhood event. The owner generously provided beautifully crafted medals to recognize our student volunteers - and they were a huge hit! The quality of the engraving was top-notch, and the attention to detail really made each medal feel special.

I used this company to engrave a watch that was a gift for a friend. They put a rush on it and it got done the same day. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the band was green and dirty. I inquired about it on the spot. They took it to the back and tried to clean and then but they couldn’t. They waived the fee for the service but I was left to scramble to replace the band before I was supposed to gift it to my friend. The man that I was talking to said that it wasn’t a big deal and that people have to replace watch bands all the time. I had just got the watch and I was supposed to gift it to my friend the next day. I ended up replacing it and used Doctime watch repair and they did a great job. Accidents happen but I think that this company could have apologized a bit more honestly and should have offered to buy a new band for it. Engraving looked good but I would have preferred the original watch band. I won’t be using them again.

Specialty Trophies and Engraving in Kingston's west end has embroidered 2 caps for me, each with it's own logo.

And I am heading back there for some more embroidering.

I love that they will do small and even single quantities, and you can even provide your own clothing items to be embroidered.

Sierra was super friendly 🤗. I was able to email her a link to my logo design in Canva. She confirmed a couple of things in email and quickly the embroidering was done, very affordably 💸

I also met Ted, and learned that they are a local family businesses, in business for over 60 years, and the third generation of family is now involved in the business 👪

One of their competitors told me that no one in town will do a single quantity . I'm glad that I kept checking and found Specialty Trophies and Engraving 🙏

They are on Development Drive 📍. Watch carefully for the sign 👀 as I missed it the first time.

Thank you guys so much for the work you did on my cat's urn. I love it and appreciate how fast you got it done! I was told I'd have to wait a couple weeks but they emailed me a couple days later to tell me it was ready. Losing my precious Lasher was so hard but having such a beautiful memorial has brought a lot of comfort. Thanks again!
