I'm a tenant in a home that is taken care of by Olympus and have generally had a great experiences with them. More specifically Jesse has done a great job taking care of all our maintenance needs. Prompt replies and great in-person dealings.

Christina also did a wonderful job communicating our initial needs and interest to the LL in our early conversations. She was a pleasure to work with.

Their other tenant facing staff have also been very prompt to deal with issues and communicated well to the properties LL.

My only small gripes are with the quality of the third party services that they employ like the online tenant portal (Rent Cafe) and the vetting service (Single Key).

I find Rent Cafe to be very buggy and difficult to navigate, setting up auto payments was quite annoying and creating service tickets fails most of the time, there is also no copy of the service ticket emailed to the tenant when a ticket is created or updated. This is a bit of a non-issue though considering Olympus's staff are always available to contact directly via email or phone. Previously I have used services like Buildium - also not perfect but I found it to be built much better.

Single Key is very well built (and Canadian owned) however from a security perspective I would have preferred sending my info directly to the company / landlord since third party companies tend to save data on their servers and keep it until users make a fuss. After two email chains they did remove all my private data from their servers but I would have preferred not to have spent additional time going after them to delete it.

Overall, great experience with Olympus' team and very happy that our landlord decided to choose them to manage our leased residence.

We moved in a week ago. It was a very pretty painless process! Christina was great from start to finish with quick responses and consistent communication. Jesse came within 2 days to fix our dishwasher and noticed our front door, door handle was hard to open so he even went out of his way to replace even tho it wasn’t on the work order. Great experience so far!

They always reply to my inquiries quickly, the property is well maintained, and the app they use to submit maintenance requests and rent payments is easy to use.
