Meaghan is amazing! We spent the better part of a year searching for our home. Meaghan was very active in our search, finding several potential homes for us. While looking at houses, Meaghan would point out issues that needed attention, potentially costing a lot to repair, ensuring we knew what we'd be getting into if we bought it. She also had great knowledge of the various parts of Belleville where we were looking, giving us a heads up on potential issues and also the benefits of some locales. She didn't waste our time at all, and would tell us the true opinions on certain properties we found online and asked her about. She communicated often with us, getting us into new listings ASAP. Meaghan knew exactly what we were looking for, and would show/ suggest only houses matching our wants and needs. She'd always ask what our rating would be out of a perfect score of 10 (not allowed to say 7!) and move on from there. When we finally found our 9/10 home, she guided us through the entire purchase process, leaving no questions unanswered.

Meaghan and her team worked excellent together to sell my mothers house. Through every obstacle, and there were quite a few that were very frustrating for our family, Meaghan calmly and efficiently was able to provide us with resolutions to each and everyone of these issues. Meaghan got us in contact with various companies that assisted with getting the house ready to sell. 65 years of stuff can really add up!
From the point of the first contact with Meaghan and throughout all the issues, Meaghan was always there to call and she would guide us through them.
My mother, my sister and I are very happy with the final deal and we really feel that Cooke Properties was the "key" that made this happen!

We met Meaghan Cooke in the early summer of 2024. Meaghan had a property listing that we were interested in seeing at that time.
Meaghan was a well presented, upbeat, very friendly young woman who made us feel comfortable immediately.
We passed on the first property and continued, with her help, to look at many other listings over the next several months.
The thing that impressed us the most was her taking into account our wants and needs.
