Mark, with capable technical assistance from Garrett, did an excellent job of guiding us in preparing our home for sale, listing it and then selling it in well under a week.
Pedlar’s showed a great deal of creativity and “thinking on their feet” in closing the deal for us with some unusual buyer twists. In the end, this worked out very well for all parties.
I can confidently recommend Pedlar’s to anyone looking for a realtor in the Grand Bend area and beyond.
