It is nearly impossible to get a hold of them to schedule appointments. Only available Mondays and Thursdays and no voicemail. Multiple times Dr. Thorpe had declared that he didn't want to deal with it, and to either wait for it to get worse, or deal with it ourselves (daughter needed to see a pediatric plastic surgeon for her thumb growing at twice the rate of the rest of her, and son has a rare skin condition that requires extra monitoring). Booked a follow up appointment to have sons skin tags removed and was told just to use dr Scholls ourselves at home, becuase Dr. Thorpe did not want to do it himself since it was too close to his eyes. Any paperwork that needs to be filled out , explicitly and ONLY by the medical professional, they require you to fill it out. They will ask you to come in for an in-person appointment to fill it out, and it does not get done. Spent an hour at the office answering questions to be told he will not fill it out yet. It truly feels like they do not care at all unless you are dying, and at that point they would just send you to the hospital, especially when it comes to mental health. You will not get any help from Dr. Thorpe unless you are elderly. And the quote from the day from Dr. Thorpe "autistics can't have university degrees".

We've had nothing but good experiences with our Doctor and this clinic. Having a blood testing facility on site is also so helpful so we don't have to travel if a requistion is needed. The facilities are clean, people are friendly and keep us very well informed. We knew it could take years to find a family doctor after moving from KW to Bluewater and consider ourselves so fortunate to have good care so close to home.

The office staff rescheduled our appointment and never informed us, we drove an hour to get there and the dr was not there.

Every time I deal with my family dr she is unhelpful and feels uncaring and even rude sometimes. The only reason I stay a patient here is because your nurse practitioners are AMAZING kind, caring, helpful,
For example: today I called about my baby with a high fever, and the dr was completely unhelpful, did not speak to me, gave no guidance. Just said I could go to the er if I choose. When I tried to ask questions I was just told it’s my choice, but not given any advice guidance or direction. However every time we see NP Jon lorch he makes a point of telling me I can call any time if I have a question and that he will “always always always make time for babies” he actually CARES about his patients and gives them the time of day.

Absolute joke of a clinic, always rude when answering phones (if you can even get a hold of them) and take weeks to get back just to prolong further. Massive decline in service/over all kindness from most staff, really is sad to see.

I am disappointed with your sevice today (May 5). To call me so close to my appointment (I was in my car waiting to check in) and advise that your clinic doesn't provide antigen test results for travel is unprofessional. I was told no problem on Wed. And to pretty much just leave me scrambling with no offer of an alternate solution! Thank you for making my BP rise. This is a Mother's Day weekend in NY with my daughter. Luckily Sam across the street at Zurich Pharmacy was able to save the trip! No stars for you at the reception desk.

In my opinion, this family health team, under the direction of Dr. Josephson, is not patient oriented nor competent. I am of the opinion that Dr.Josephson, who was the Physician overseeing my parents care, did not provide adequate nor competent care. Very rarely did they receive direct medical care from Dr. Josephson. John, the Nurse Practitioner, was amazing however was limited by direct instruction of Dr. Josephson. When not seen by John, my parents were left to be seen by an RPN who did not have the medical expertise to recognize nor treat the health issues of my father As result, it’s my belief that my father was not diagnosed with acute osteomyelitis in a timely matter and ultimately resulted in an unnecessary amputation and further complicated other serious medical conditions. Steer clear.

Been a patient here for a few years now and unfortunately i have had 3 different doctors. Which kind of makes things uncomfortable. Especially when dealing with multiple issues.
The reception knows you by name and always nice to everyone. Small town clinic and you always feel welcomed.
