Working with Lisa Schurman at Innovatex Solutions Inc. was such a positive experience! I needed branded shirts for my EAL facilitators, and she went above and beyond every step of the way. She ordered in samples (twice!) from their huge catalogue so I could try them on, offered thoughtful advice (like switching to digital print when I changed from polos to t-shirts), and even rushed my final order so it would be ready in time for my event. Lisa personally delivered the shirts to my home and handled a sizing mix-up by ordering replacements at no extra charge. Integrity and professionalism. On top of that, she surprised me with a complimentary tote bag, a waterproof compartmentalized bag, and other thoughtful items. What impressed me most was her patience, care, and commitment.
