This is my second time ordering from Needham and I must say the items they recommended are consistently high quality. Both the utility knife and pens are very solid with good weight on, it is important as these gifts reflect my professional image and shouldn’t seem light and flimsy.
The ordering process is simple and smooth, Ashleigh is quick on response and shares great insights. There was no hiccup nor delay, items arrived quickly both times, actually this time even faster than expected. I know Needham makes one of’s custom logo clothings as well and I have put it on the to-do list to get a jacket for my business this year.
