This pool is great! Had such a fun time with my family. The water is clean, the staff is friendly, one lifeguard truly stood out, her name is Hannah and she was amazing. She was always watching out for everyone and Even tho the pool was busy made sure everyone was safe and having a good time!

I didn't use the facilities per say but the staff was friendly and helpful only issue is there is no ticket booth for booking the bus out of town so you need to buy your tickets online

Love the 2 exercise rooms upstairs. The equipment is well maintained & the space is always clean.

Hot tub was basically room temperature, jets barely pushed any water. Sauna not hot. They wouldn't let my neice down the water slide. Life gaurd said she needed to pass the swim test, swim to the wall and back, so she did. And then she was told she can't go on the slide anyway. Gym was okay I guess. The pool water was weirdly gross even with the amount of chemicals you could smell, made your skin tingle/burn. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Wow possibly the best facility in northern Ontario. The pool is salt water and there are two different pools that are heated accordingly. Staff are great and the whole area is very clean and well maintained.

Good pool, good staff. But dumbest idea in the world to tell people to take their shoes off OUTSIDE the change rooms. So unhygenic, is this even enforcrable?

The Gym is very good as well as the other facilities. Just wish the gym had better hours of operation for shift workers in the town. Run much better than anytime fitness down the street but with obviously worse hours. At least the complex repairs equipment and has a maintenance schedule and takes into consideration your concerns. Much cleaner too.
