Felt discriminated against when we went here. The staff appear to be discriminatory toward Indigenous 2-Spirit people. Should have Indigenous representative or some cultural sensitivity/diversity training. We got served by one lady that was abit assertive but respectful. Her co-worker on the other hand who wasn't serving us started loudly voicing her opinion that was uncalled for about identity and preferred names and so forth in front of my 16 year old who trying to renew their ID card. So loud we could barely focus on the woman serving us. We understand the issue, but did not have to be rude about it. They need to act professional as public servants and keep their personal opinions to themselves!

The people who work here are the kindest most patient people who ever worked in a service industry.
They have helped me out over the years with a variety of questions, on my part, and somehow they always found the answers. And were so polite about it!
So folks, if you live in the area, do not be uncomfortable asking for help.
These people are professionals and they behave as such as well as being polite.
Im not just saying this for fun. They deserve positive feedback and when I go around to take pictures, I will ask if they would like to post anything like hours open, etc.
So folks don't put off doing business. They will be the best of help.

Not helpful, my situation was unique however the ladies there didn't give me all the information I needed and had me running back and forth. A bit snarky as well. Better off going to the one in Cutler, the ladies there are so nice & understanding!
