They had my 8 day old side by side for 2 months for a repair they did incorrectly. Returned the pioneer 1000 with a new camshaft and valves adjusted incorrectly. 0.018” on rear cylinder 0.021” on front cylinder. Supposed to be 0.009” (exhaust). Called to discuss and they said sometimes new camshafts “wear in”. Roller cams don’t wear 0.010” or anywhere close in one day… or in my experience… ever. I requested a call back from the mechanic and I was assured i would be called the next week. No call back and gave them a couple weeks to get back. No response. Machine was noisy as can be when returned to me.

. Rented A Rototiller and it didn’t work at all. I called them. They weren’t willing to replace it and then said they would only charge me half a day and they charge me a full day and they were so rude. Definitely won’t go back.

Good service. Rented some lawn equipment for the day and was happy with with everything. Equipment got the job done, also had it picked up and dropped off without issue.

I could not get my 20 hp honda 4 stroke outboard motor to run properly. I asked the new owners of Garnets to look at it. It was repaired and returned very quickly and it runs beautifully. I was very impressed with the courteous service, the quick repair and the reasonable repair costs. I would definitely use them again. Great job!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT this place has Great service, great prices, friendly staff. Would highly recommend! Sold me my Automower, I don’t understand why everybody doesn’t have one of these!

The service at Garnet's has been exceptional. They are unfailingly courteous and efficient - the turnaround is very prompt - they get you back up and running quickly. This level of service has been consistent over a large variety of equipment from outboard motors, to chainsaws, to side-by-sides. Also had positive experience with rentals. Their equipment is always in excellent condition.
I would highly recommend dealing with Garnet's.

Rented a piece of machinery from them,, it broke down and they repaired it. Got machine back broke down again didn't get to finish my job. Was told brake down was not my fault but we can not do anything else for you. Was fully charged and sent on my way unsatisfied. Staff was decent other then one individual who's customers service skill turned out to be not so good. Rental equipment gets abused i understand but i am not one of the abusers. I'm not happy at all with the way things when't and how i was dealt with the second time around. Renting out broken down machinery,, NOT FARE !!
