We had a new door and six windows installed by the window and door store, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Tanner and his crew were absolutely professional and did an outstanding job. The work was not only efficient but also clean — they left my house spotless after completing the installation. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of window or door replacements. Truly excellent service all around!

Windows were great…..installation was horrible…made a mess of my house, caulking smeared in the brick and gobbed on, windows bowed because of to much spray foam, windows weren’t put in centered, came back 3 times to redo them and were still wrong, manager in Fort Frances seemed to not care at all and wanted to waste my time by just resending the same guys over and over again….i was doing the jams and trim myself, so they new I was doing it out of wood not mdf so all the windows came with a plastic lip on the outer edge, making it so 1x4 could not fit and had to but planed down. The lips were also all bent out of shape and unable to bend back so had to cut them all off to make the trim fit….i paid almost 9,000$ in labour fees for a two day job. They had 3 guys meaning they were charging out roughly $150/hr for a carpenter which is outrageous never mind the fact that they installed every window wrong. When I found out they didn’t really care to help I just redid them my self. Will never buy from them again and will suggest other to also not buy from them!

Excellent service. The Guys were so professional and hard working. They explained everything and were so polite. They worked all day I didn’t even see them take breaks. The windows look great and They didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up and just as it was when they arrived. I will definitely recommend this company. 10 Stars.

Love my new windows. Staff at the store very kind, friendly, accommodating and professional. The window crew was awesome. They were punctual, neat, tidy, knowledgeable, informative, professional, and respectful. They installed 4 windows, neat and tidy, and cleaned up after themselves. My looks amazing after they left. They took the time to show us how the screens work with a quick tutorial for the windows and screens. This is our second house with D&A windows and I would not hesitate to buy from there again. You have our pledge we would advocate for your store to anyone who needs new windows.

Had my gutters changed out and am so happy with the results. Ordered at start of winter, for early spring install and they were there on first sunny day of spring. Very professional and friendly, explained how they were going to design the drainage and answered any questions. I highly recommend, the results were fantastic!

We are very pleased with the experience of having multiple windows replaced in our home by the Window & Door Store! The installation crew was very professional AND courteous - they always removed their shoes coming in and out of the house, cleaned up after themselves very well and did a STUNNING job! The whole job looks extremely professional and is well-done. Having these windows replaced was a long time coming, and we are so happy with how they turned out. Huge kudos to the 3 gentleman that tackled this yesterday, despite the frigid weather!
