So much to love about this place: unique and motivating classes, great people, beer/wine/kombucha/coffee after class, childminding (mom's me-time 😉), and helpful coaches. Not to mention a community feeling that I've never experienced at a gym before.
This place is great for all levels of skill/fitness; the Forum coaches are helpful and supportive with modifications to help you go further, or to help you get going!

The Forum is hands down one of the best movement spaces I’ve ever been to! Every single class I’ve taken—Acro, Lyra, Silks, Flexibility—has been incredible. The instructors are so knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

But what really makes The Forum stand out is the vibe. From the moment you walk in, it just feels like home. The energy is welcoming, the people are amazing, and it’s the kind of place where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, just encouragement and growth. Whether you’re a total beginner or leveling up your skills, this is the place to be. If you’re thinking about trying a class, do it. You won’t regret it!

So many different people at different levels to novice to pro, and everyone is super encouraging and cheering you on!

Megan the trainer is talented and safety conscious. I started out August 2022 and I am still going strong. There are classes for Children, teens, and adults as well as Open Gyms where you can use weights or practice what you learnt in class!

The Forum is amazing! Their classes are empowering and fun! Great way to meet new people in a supportive community. So many diverse activities to choose from, variety of classes and very inclusive environment. This is a great place to come to try new things! Anything from Aerial silks, acrobatics, dance, yoga, meditation, or check out their open gym! So great for kids and adults. Can't recommend it enough! <3

Rented this space for a private event and it was perfect for my needs. They were great to communicate with and so helpful for the setup. I'm looking forward to my schedule stabilizing so I can rent it again!

The COOLEST spot in town. Took my employees here for a team building adventure! We did a full day of aerials, activities, and BEER! This space is so unique - the instruction we received was phenomenal, communication was seamless, and we had an incredible experience!!

Janessa and her team assisted us in planning and executing a thoughtful, fun and well organized event that shared what we did as an organization while also creating a fun event experience for everyone in attendance. Everyone at The Forum has been amazing to work with! The facility is clean and welcoming. My daughter has been participating in aerial silks with Meraki Aerial for about two and a half years and loves learning with Megan!
