Matt was great. His quote was detailed and thorough. Installers were polite and easy to work with regarding any changes, and they cleaned up after themselves! The final invoice was actually a little less than the original quote, and the installation is under warranty. I would highly recommend South Peak Roofing & Exteriors.

Matt and the crew were great. Matt responded to my BBB quote request promptly and came out that evening for the quote. I went with this company due to the many positive reviews and how great Matt was at helping us. The crew showed up promptly at 0700 and they all introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. They gave me an honest appraisal to what my roof actually looked like after they went up to do the initial inspection, it was at it's life's end. They got to work right away, and finished at 1230 (we own a half duplex). They were fast and very efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. I found only 1 nail that was missed. I would hire South Peak Roofing again and I highly recommend them.

Hands down the best roofing company. From the second I phoned I felt like their main priority. Email response time was very prompt, and the roofers even got to our house earlier than they had first booked us in. Matt kept us in the loop on the damage to the roof due to our negligence over the years, and sent us wonderful after pictures. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We were very happy with our experience with South Peak Roofing. Dave and Matt gave us all the time we needed to learn about and discuss our options, from giving a quote and estimate on the lifespan of our roof, to picking shingle type and colour. They were flexible with our timing and prompt once we were ready to move forward. The roofers were incredibly fast and completed it in 8 hours, were friendly and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend South Peak Roofing. Matt was amazing to deal with, very honest, great communication and the price was one of the lower quotes I got. The guys that did the work on the roof were super friendly, professional and respectful and they were in and out with everything cleaned up in a day. I chose South Peak because of their customer focus. Their quote contained a detailed work scope which told me what to expect. Their workmanship warranty is twice as long as the competition. Their excellent Google reviews helped, but Matt’s prompt response and scheduling was even more persuasive.

The team showed up at 7:30am, told me they would be done in five hours and began working right away. Shingles were delivered just in time and true to their word, they had cleaned up and left by 12:30pm. I got to see my new shed roof installed with impressive speed and attention to detail. Which is why it was just a little disappointing to find 11 roofing nails left behind on my lawn. That aside, the company still deserves this 5-star rating for the peace of mind I now have after witnessing a job well done.

These guys were amazing! On and off the garage roof in 2 hours. Matt was a pleasure to talk to. Explained everything, down to price and choices. Managed to squeeze me in very quickly. Complete clean up, it's like they were never here. Oh, and the shingles look great!
