I live here in Lively and we ordered over the phone the person was pleasant and order was to be delivered at 6:30. Delivery was done just before 6:30, mom paid for the pizza I wasn’t home, I got home and the delivery was wrong. I called and they promptly sent back the driver with a refund and apologized for the mistake. Thank you Amanda for managing well and doing the right thing! And had a follow up call

Ordered extra garlic butter on our bread sticks, they are dry! And the pizza used to be soo mutch better! Sadly 6 months ago this was way better pizza...wont be ordering from toppers any more, as they say " every good thing must come to an end some time"

Ordered a family pleaser and had a pizza with bacon pepperoni and olives and they over cooked the pizza and the whole crust as rubbery as chewing on a flat tire couldn't eat any of the pizza what a waste of money and hunger and I've been ordering from here alot in the past 3 to 4 months and I get a pizza I can't eat what a shame

Garbage location. Ordered 2 large. When I arrived, they only had one made. Had to wait for another meanwhile my existing pizza for cold.

When I got home, pizzas were partially raw with an insane amount of sauce.

Bad potato skins. I ordered a large veggie pizza with potato skins last night. The pizza was good but after when I consumed the potato skins with the sour cream, 20-30 min later felt sick, flu like symptoms, stomach pains ect. The worst lasted 24hrs or something like that, I still kinda feel the sickness writing this. But Probably be the last time I order here and It couldnt be the pizza because I have two children and theyre okay.

Waited 30 minutes no body ever did answer the phone and this has been happening for the past six months i drop in and let them know but nobody cares so I just go to PIZZA HUT NO PROBLEMS.
