Finding a home with Dwelly was an amazing experience. The search for the right condo has been really hard in today’s market but Karim made things easy and smooth. He was very professional and looked out for all of my needs. Not only did I find the right place but I gained valuable knowledge about the real estate business and I’m very grateful for that. My experience with Dwelly exceeded expectations! Karim and Sabrine were very accommodating, flexible, and helpful when it came to finding my first condo in Toronto. So glad we came across Dwelly! As new permanent residents and first-time home buyers, Dwelly made the process less daunting. We had approached other real estate agents before who were incredibly pushy with buyer's agreements or bombarded us with sales calls and emails. The website worked really well for us as we knew almost exactly what we wanted and were keen on low maintenance fees which they had a filter for. We went from booking showings to meeting Karim at the units and eventually putting in an offer in the span of a couple days and with much less stress. Karim was always responsive and honest in his answers to our first-time home buyer questions. Definitely recommend Dwelly to others in the same boat and have been recommending them already to my friends and colleagues.

One of Dwelly's amazing agents Nahin Islam was recommended to me by a friend. She helped me and my roommate find an amazing unit in the heart of downtown Toronto while taking our needs into consideration. She provided us with many spectacular options and was always punctual with her communication with us, working hard to prioritise her clients. Finding a place to rent as international students is already quite difficult but she dedicated herself to make the process very smooth, going above and beyond for us. She handled everything with commendable professionalism and patience. It was a pleasure working with her and Dwelly. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future and have already recommended Nahin to my friends and family looking for rentals as everyone deserves to have a comfortable home and a trustworthy agent like her to assist with the tedious process.

Dwelly has been monumental in helping me acquire my first home purchase. I recall getting in touch with Karim as I had 37 days to move out and find my dream home and he was extremely helpful every step of the way, in terms of answering financial, real estate, mortgage, and personal questions as well. He provided daily listings and gave relevant information on this first investment and within the first 5 days of contacting Dwelly, one of their agents Karim was able to find my dream home!!! Not only that, he developed a bidding strategy that took my financial considerations into play and we ended up winning the small bidding war. I am extremely satisfied with Dwelly's service and it's provided a life-changing experience for myself as I got to move into my dream condo unit. The cherry on top is that Dwelly provides back 50% of their commission cheque back to the buyer, and as a recent graduate this was a huge win as it helped with some of the design costs, land transfer fees, etc. If you're interested in buying or renting, Dwelly is the way to go as they provide a personalized strategy that the larger real estate companies cannot.

Such a fantastic experience! Marian made our home search super easy and fun! She really understood our family requirements and kept the entire process very organized! We were moving from Quebec and she was amazing at offering virtual tours & photos and keeping in touch. We wouldn't have been able to find our new home without her!
