We needed a new battery for a laptop in our home so called up Valley Bytes. Within 5 minutes they tracked down a replacement part and had it on order. Less than 24 hours later it is installed and working great! This level of service is very hard to find and I will definitely be looking to Valley Bytes for our computer needs in the future.

Amazing customer service, I had phoned with a broken HDMI portal on my lap top. Sue took the time to look at pictures, offer advice, and sent me all the information needed to get my second screen working. I cant thank you enough! I thought I needed a new laptop. Thank you Sue!
