Fast, reliable, friendly people here.

We had to replace our cracked windshield (from our new car 😵‍💫). Managed to pack the new big windshield into the car, drove slowly and carefully to All West Glass, and when we arrived there, a staff went out of their way to help unload the windshield and opened the windshield box with us to make sure the new windshield (shipped from Vancouver) was in perfect condition.

After my first visit in October for a small chip (that couldn't be fixed) they put in a claim and never told me, never gave me any sort of paperwork pertaining to it. So now that I have actual damage to my windshield, I have the displeasure of paying $500.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional, rude and completely dishonest about everything they do. I would rate -5 stars if it was possible.

Got a solid wack to the windshield about 20 min out of town, called ahead and I was able to walk right in for them to take a look. Moving to Alaska so I have a pretty serious time crunch (About halfway through a 5,400 mile drive). So grateful to the kind, quick-working employees who helped me.

MADE AN Appointment. Got there and they said the car will be ready in about 2 hrs. They were finished in 1.5 hours. 1/2 less time. (Nice) They also cleaned my other side windows and Mirrors and washed my Mats. There was a large can off window cleaner and air freshener gifted for me. Great service, job well done. I would 100% recommend them to others.👍 Great Job 👏😃
