I needed program pamphlets for my Mom’s Celebration of Life
My son and daughter in law designed the program I just needed it to be printed.
I found a local Print Shop he said he would have it completed by Thursday. When I went to check on what time I could pick up
He said he wasn’t going to be able to get them done I was scrambling as the service was on Saturday I googled and found this little gem They did a sample I approved it then they printed them right away and they didn’t gouge me in my pocket book like the previous one was going to do.
Even though they were incredibly busy they helped me This will be my go to for any future project I highly recommend this business for anyone needing anything printed

You *can* have it all! Great Service, great options, fast and easy delivery, great prices, no pressure to buy - It's like being in an alternate reality! These guys customer service skills should be an example to other businesses.

I had 100 custom designed doggy Calendars printed and they provided a sample (which was too dark) free of charge. Since the sample printed dark, I adjusted the files and they printed another sample at no charge which printed perfectly! I adjusted my quantity from 100 to 80, then back to 100 (Sorry, guys!) and afterwards I came back to have a small order of 3 cute posters printed which they could have charged me for (I asked for a price) but they outright gifted them to me! I was then able to gift them to the person who wanted them printed in the first place. It really made my day and the Calendars have made so many people smile.

I rarely write reviews but Nick (I believe he is the owner), at Langley Signs and Printing has gone above and beyond my expectations. He spends a lot of time with you designing what you need and making sure you are happy with what you're purchasing. I found him after having a negative experience at a different print shop in Langley.

I would be happy to refer friends and family to him if they required his services and will coninue to order from him in the future.

Added stars because they were able to do a quick turnaround time.
Unhappy with the die cut stickers I ordered as the colours are totally off and not what was approved as they all arrived in grey-scale. One in particular was supposed to be black and white but came out totally greyscale. When I mentioned this on pickup the guy told me it was because of their machine that changes the colours or something(this was not advised before I approved the proofs). I told him I was unhappy with one of them in particular and wanted him to reprint with the proper colours and he just blamed the machine and wouldn’t do it, and didn’t even offer a partial refund so I lost all my money on that one since it’s garbage.
Wanted to support a local business but won’t bother doing that again.
