We have been having Victoria & Co. clean our sofas and sofa cushions for many years.

When needed, they have come to our house to clean a full sofa (front and back), and on other occasions, I have brought in my sofa cushions for spot cleaning.

We have always been so pleased with the service.

Don is wonderful to deal with. He gets back to you promptly and the work is of the highest quality.

Overall, when dealing with Victoria & Co. over the years, we have always been extremely pleased and I would definitely recommend them.

Just wanted to share the wonderful experience we had working with Victoria & Co. They cleaned a large white couch cushion that was heavily soiled with 125 year old brick dust and it looks as good now as the day we bought it. The job was done quickly, service was friendly, and the price was terrific for the work they did. A absolute gem in the wilderness of Toronto repair/retail shops.

Have been using this Company for many years . Called Don for an emergency cleaning as my dog was sick on my brand new wool and viscose rug. His team did a super job removing the stain effortlessly without any damage to the rug. These guys are truly the BEST !!!

5 of our large light coloured couch cushions were badly stained with blood. It was nothing short of a miracle that Don was able to not only remove all the stains but also older marks left on the couch. They even went out of their way to drop off the cushions as they were in the area and our couch now looks brand new. Very reasonable price for the amount of work and exceptional result, not to mention they use all natural cleaners. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend their services more. Our dog made a disgusting mess of our couch cushions and Victoria & Co. made them like new. Beyond being effective at cleaning, Don is exceptionally welcoming and reassuring. I truly hope my dog doesn't do what she did on our couch ever again, but if she does, we know who to call.

Don is a truly genuine and caring person. He answered all our questions and explained that Victoria & Co. specializes in cleaning fine upholstery and delicate fabrics using an all natural and organic process which was reassuring and important to us.

He even made an exception to expedite our service request (even though they were already booked months in advance) as we were moving into our new residence and needed our sofa bed & mattress cleaned promptly.

We also liked the idea that we could shop local and support a family business in our new community. Don sent Rohit and Nick out on this service call and they arrived on time. Both young men were professional, courteous and respectful and shared their knowledgeable and best practices on how we should maintain and take care of our newly cleaned sofa bed and mattress for longevity.
