My experience at Access Storage - Alliston was great right from the start. The woman in the office was amazing and very accommodating. She explained everything in detail and was a pleasure to work with. I had the storage unit for 3 months. I never had any trouble accessing my unit or entering through the gate. The premises were clean, well lite and safe. I would highly recommend Access Storage - Alliston.

Had an amazing experience with Jenn when I came in! She was unable to rent us a unit here as she didn’t have any available so she took the time to call her competitors to help me find something! Amazing great human being! Was lovely to deal with!

Wow! As newbies to the storage game, we were not sure what to expect. From the call with Sheila to ask questions through to arranging a unit (on a Saturday) to working with Domenic, the Manager at the units, hands down the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time! Jenn is absolutely a sweetheart.

My dad and I both had multiple storage units and she helped us consolidate everything into one. She made it very easy and pleasant with her amazing and warm people skills and personality.
