Extremely loud. I’m 50 and expected a fun place to have a few drinks with friends. I understood quiet at 11 but until then it’s really loud with camp sites playing music really loud, about 10 different songs playing at once. Will not return. Also their rules state no golf carts however grown men driving around in one with extremely loud music playing

Rus-Ton campground you did not disappoint. We arrived at our rental on a Friday and I have to say was not expecting it to be so clean and spotless. When they say in the description you need only to bring personal items towels, bedding, pillows it's true. Rus-Ton offers so many fun activities for all ages. But I have to say our 3 year old grandson had a fabulous 24 hour stay with us.
Did I mention the staff was above and beyond friendly and very much accommodating to our needs for our week stay. They are really an amazing team.
Thank you Rus-Tons for such a fabulous vacation at your campground.

This is more of a party campground than a family one. The park staff are nice but the “seasonals” are obnoxiously loud and as described in another review, have a different set of rules. There are children unsupervised almost everywhere while the adults are day drinking, sometimes right next to the transient campsites with their music blaring, and swearing loudly over the music. A group of these seasonals also scream loudly and swear at every car that comes in and out of the park, telling them to slow down. However, they don’t even look up from their phones when doing so to see if people are actually doing the 5km. They wasted the park staff’s time by sending them out to our campsite to warn us about the speed limit because we had a black ford truck (and so did 3 other campers) and you could tell by the look on the staff’s face that they are used to this. I wouldn’t recommend traveling here as a family with kids.

Nice family campground close to grandbend strip with lots of activities for the kids. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Perfect for a family trip. We will absolutely be back!

Hi! We were at Rus Ton between August 4th and 16th 2025 in a tent trailer. We enjoyed everything on this campground: the pools, the cleanliness of the washrooms, the quietness of the surroundings, the helpful staff. We would go back anytime!

We rented a trailer for a couple days and really enjoyed our stay!!
Trailer was spotless, campground immaculate and lots of activities for the kids!!
Can’t wait to book our next stay!!

The campground is old and could use a facelift. A second pool would be great as the pool is very crowded. Would also like more amenities. Some transient sites r on the small side.
