Since a certain representative left the service has gone downhill. Agents are forever changing and do not reply promptly. Having said that I am insured through Intact insurance and they have been great. Intact is not represented by Nicol very well.

I recently bought car insurance from Nichol insurance. My agent Krista was amazing. She provided me with multiple quotes with different scenarios and went out of her way to save me money.
