Firstly, the strategic planning sessions were invaluable. They really helped us focus on what the goals for the business are and then create a plan to achieve them within the timeline we are aiming for. They both have a wealth of knowledge in all things business; they are wizards, honestly. Their ability to just listen to you talk about the business and then come back to you with key items and explore them further is amazing.
