The counter staff are a great bunch of professional, courteous folks. They helped me find the required parts for the brake job I needed to do and they had treats for my puppy dog! Thanks so much and will definitely shop here again !

Sold me the wrong part and wouldn't exchange it for the right part when I returned it. The same employee who sold me the wrong part told me I needed a reciept, even though the part I returned was unopened and in the original packaging. Definitely going to Canadian Tire next time.

Used to come into this location for all my needs, up until discovering Andrew was no longer part of the team. Since, I have been doing business with another company, yet there still exists a gap in boating knowledge from everyone else I have dealt with. Nice staff, great selection otherwise.

Good walkable location for boaters staying in Powell River harbour. and good opening hours. I was able to buy replacemeent fuel filters on Sunday of a long weekend. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

A a great group of individuals to buy from,

They all know me by name and are always jokingly polite.
Prices wildly vary and you should have some knowledge about what you're needing before buying from Lordco.

However, one of the Lordco staff would be able to help you if not.

Compared to other Lordco Facilities, this isn't the biggest however a good selection and size for such a small town.

These guys always go the extra mile for me when i need something.

This is a great store ,I've felt with a few different Lordco's and this is by far the best,Conrad is very helpful and always makes sure your aware of all your options, and wich is the best one for you. Always found what I needed and usually at a reasonable price, far better service than the other auto parts stores in Powell River.

The downside to living in Powell River is having a great choice for shopping, no matter what you are looking for. My last couple of visits to PR Lordco were not very enjoyable. Whether shopping for parts for repairing or building a car, you need a good quality store, where you can depend on experience and recommendations. There are times when you go into a parts store and spend a few hundred dollars and there are times where you need something for maybe $10.00, but when you go in and the sales counter people are rude and not helpful in the least, you really wish there were more shopping choices. Anyway, Randy, you are very rude and maybe time to look for other employment. There happens to be one other parts store in town, maybe time to give them a try. Goodbye Lordco in Powell River.
