I have been working here from last 8-9 months now. It’s a bit hard to cope up with corporate stress. However, I think it’s pretty much same everywhere. Overall, it’s a great company to work for… if you strive to meet your goals regularly.

Interviewed with them and have more than enough experience and skills to work with them. The phone interview was done by someone reading a script not understanding the position or getting to know person being interviewed. Their online assessment tool they rely on, I answered perfectly and feel I was dismissed because I answered perfectly and I am better than their managers/supervisors. Feeling is they prefer the under qualified and take advantage of them. Stay away if you value yourself and have beneficial qualities to succeed.

I think the 3 stooges must be running this company.

The whole reason I took the job was to be able to work and make money. I have yet to be able to do that thanks to your management!!

I'm begging you to please fix your onboarding process. And please retrain your recruiter Andrea Joseph.

Since I applied at Accenture, it has been an exercise in futility.. Recruiter Andrea couldn't figure out what our start date was going to be. She changed it about 4 times.

Then thanks to your security person Adrian Hawkins -hass
I ended up having to do 4 background checks. It was supposed to be a $63 fingerprint RCMP check. We then had to do a Federal government clearance and 2 Sterling background checks. The first one was a nightmare. I had to send in the same information repeatedly as they had 6 different people working my file. Apparently the first Sterling background check wasn't enough. Cause there was a delay with my federal clearance.
Basically, so far this company seems to be completely dysfunctional and mismanaged.
Heaven only knows if we will ever start work.

Back on January 15 at his request.
I sent him a completed EDC application.

Apparently nothing was done with it. Feb 13 he emailed me and says
Because the federal government is taking its time on your security clearance file, I can start an application through EDC’s in-house program (which is separate from the federal government’s) to hedge our bets on your security clearance.

Respectfully I am getting annoyed. Why is so difficult to get these background checks done in a timely manner. We're supposed to start training on March 20. At this rate that's not going to happen. The whole reason I took the job was to be able to work and make money.

I have yet to be able to do this.

They called for an interview for Tier 2 Help Desk Advisor and scheduled a time and date. They never told me a number to call. They just told me it's a phone interview. I waited the whole day for them to call me and they never did. If they don't value your time and actually call you at the scheduled time, they won't value your time when you actually get the job. Look elsewhere.

Having spent some time at this tech giant, I found the experience to be less than ideal. The management approach leaves much to be desired, often treating employees like replaceable parts rather than valued individuals.

The software and equipment are unexpectedly outdated, falling short of the company's reputation as a technology leader.

Workplace policies and practices can feel arbitrary and opaque, leading to a sense of insecurity among employees.

While the company aims to foster an inclusive culture, the execution often falls short. Ultimately, the people in charge seem out of touch with the realities of their workforce. Despite the reputation, the overall experience was disappointing

Treat their staff like they're some kind of less-than-human garbage, specifically the Facebook program. Management bullies team leaders to the breaking point. Constant bullying, berating and vicious verbal abuse leads to anguish and distress. Complaints about a specific manager went unacknowledged by HR department (later found out the subject manager and HR Rep were friends and would laugh about the complaints.) Would NOT recommend working here unless you enjoy a grossly toxic work environment. This dump almost lead us to divorce, fyi.

The recruiter interviewed me face to face this March and offered to hire me in May after my law clerk program ends in late April. In early May he said they will have recruitment in June and I would start on June 7th. On June 7th I emailed and Tex messages him but he didn’t reply. I feel like being fooled.

Corporate ladder can make communication with higher-ups a bit challenging but for the most part very understanding of requests and genuinely good people who do everything they can for their employees while also maintaining their quota in order to keep the company going. It's a delicate balance which I appreciate how well they achieve it. Good pay, good benefits and great people to work with.
