Great customer service and their apparel is always good quality. The staff go above and beyond to meet my company's needs. My only complaint is packaging. We are trying to minimize the use of one use plastic, yet an order of 500 Keychains came individually packaged in plastic bags. So my one recommendation would be to analyze packaging. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Our first time ordering branded merch through Brand Blvd, and it was an excellent experience. We were looking for decently priced, simple but nice hats with our logo embroidered on them to give to our warehouse staff and dealers. The quality of the product is exactly what we were looking for.
Our customer service rep, Katrina, was great in resolving shipping issues as we recently moved and forgot to update them with the new address. We look forward to ordering more items in the future, and highly recommend them!
