Poor customer service and do not recommend buying the Essentials Kit.

Recently purchased the 55L Chilly Ice Box with the 55L Ice Box Essential Kit. The cup holders in the kit are not compatible with the cooler, and clearly break the seal when the lid is closed as there is no recessed area for the cup holder to clip onto (which appear to exist on other chilly moose coolers). Water in the cooler will pour right out around the seal with little resistance.

It's a poor design. Some back and forth with their support concluded with no admission of an issue (despite providing evidence), and denying waiving the restocking and return shipping fees. Re-ordering individual components of the kit is nearly a wash $ wise given those return fees and shipping.

The cooler itself appears and feels very nice, but I'm very disappointment with the support response to a clear issue, and I have two very expensive cup holders that I will not be using.

Chilly Moose = Quality. The 55L cooler is a workhorse and great for family camping trips. The 25L cooler is our favourite and an ideal size for day trips and parties/bbqs. The 12L Harbour Bucket is rugged and absolutely perfect for lunches and cold drinks at the beach, worksite and darn near anywhere. The tumblers and insulators/tumblers are used on a daily basis and have never disappointed us in keeping the coffee hot and the drinks cold. Dependable quality products and excellent customer service. A company run by solid people. Highly recommended. Keep up the good stuff Chilly Moose!!

I drink a lot of water! I have a 40 oz cup and it’s amazing! They say it will keep items cool for 12 hours but I’ve gone well over 12 hours and my water is as cold as it was when I filled it! I’m a proud Canadian and love that this business is Canadian! Thank You so much Chilly Moose!

I had heard good things about Chilly Moose and they were a more affordable alternative to other coolers on the market so I decided to order the product and give it a try. The ice retention quality has not been a disappointment meeting all my needs. The only downfall I had was the feet (designed for stability) would get pulled out when sliding the cooler along the bed of my truck. So I contacted Chilly Moose and this is where I was impressed. They responded within 10 minutes. Explaining why it occured, sent me a pack of new feet and upon hearing my needs worked with me to 3D print a new set of prototype feet that would slide along the bottom of my truck. 15/10 for customer service. They have more than earned my customer loyalty and I implore anyone contemplating their brand to make the purchase. You won't be disappointed.
