I had an excellent meeting with Sean the other day. Sean showed me the CRM platform that he uses for his customers where there are so many impressive metrics to measure your business by.
He showed me a sample customer who he started working with 1.4 years ago. With that in mind, I averaged all the google reviews for the first 4 years and they averaged 1.38 google reviews per month. I was in the need of a platform to manage my Google reviews and to run some marketing campaigns for my business. Sean introduced me to his CRM and gave me a tour of all the features. I decided to go ahead with his platform and so far, very pleased. The CRM handles all the Google reviews with ease and keeps my company on top of it all. I have gone from a 1 star rating to a 4.3 star rating in a matter of a month or two. Aside from that I have been able to cancel my MailChimp account as the CRM handles that function as well. The price is great so you cannot go wrong on that. I look forwards to continued learning and taking advantage of the other features soon such as the appointment scheduling.
