I think with every daycare there will be a couple bumps a long the way, it is important to know that every daycare and experience will be different. I still will give the educators five stars all day. I started in the baby room when my son turned one. Still the educators in this room are like family. Its the feeling you want when leaving your kid for the amount of time you do. The toddler room girls are just the best, I feel like they have grown up with my son and helped him grow SO MUCH. The kinder room where my daughter was is also amazing. They go on lots field trips and learn so much. I owe a lot of learning my daughter has done. My daughter originally had a hard time adjusting, now that we are no longer in the program as we are out of city we already miss the ladies here so much i couldn't picture our life without them and will miss them greatly.

A Nana’s Love was there for us when we needed them most! We’re very grateful for all of the staff that work there and take care of our children! They are very attentive, loving, and nurturing. They have allowed our daughters to grow immensely with their daily routines and creative outlets. I always knew they were getting the best care and my kids were always so thrilled to share their daily experiences with me. Can’t recommend this facility enough! THANK YOU ALL!! You will be missed!

My two boys (4 & 5) attended A Nana's Love for a year and it great. The love and care they received was unlike any other daycare we have been with - It was like being part of a family. They were accommodating, understanding and always doing fun activities with the kids. The care providers truly care about your kids. Unfortunately we had to move to new care due to life logistics, but the boys still ask about Nana's and want to go back!

Best daycare around! I have had both my daughters in this daycare for the past 3 years. My oldest daughter is now in OSC in the town we actually live in, but will be returning for the summer months, as they provide the best summer activities and experiences.
Throughout COVID when everyone was so uncertain of things, they went over and above to implement strict procedures and ensure the safety of everyone. They treat my children like their own. My girls LOVE going to daycare daily. I would hands down recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

My 15 month old daughter has been going to A Nana’s Love since January and she loves it! She has so much fun singing and dancing and has learnt lots there. She adores her teachers especially Miss Schenn who she waves at and blows kisses to at pick up and drop off. I love that they put regular updates on activities, washroom breaks, naps, meals and pictures of her throughout the day in the app so I still get to see what she is doing throughout the day! Love all the staff there!

Though my children do not attend this childcare facility, I have, in fact, had the pleasure of spending some time alongside the children and staff. I must say, the staff are all so kind, and caring and compassionate. The children all are very happy and very well taken care of! If I lived I'm St Albert, my kids would DEFINITELY go here! I would recommend this place to any parent looking for a place for their child to feel safe and loved and taken care of!

If I could give more stars, I honestly would. I love this daycare!!!! My daughter has been going here now for a few months and it's been fantastic. I was the type of mom who would cry every time I dropped off my child at daycare. Ever since we started at this place i have 0 worries. She is fed well and taken on feilds trips with her friends. The staff is caring and they give my child hugs/attention if she needs it. They have even sent her home with some cute hairstyles. Each of the staff are very involved with all of the kids and extremely patient. I get lots of updates on activities they are doing and also updates on my child. 5/5 stars is very well deserved. 🙂

I wasn't going to post until I saw another reviewer (Amber W talk) about her specific difficulties with the agency due to her kids having developmental delays.

Although the end result was the same with my child who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, we were treated with a more compassion and understanding even though at the end of the day, they were admittedly unable to provide that extra level of specialized care for my child who unfortunately needs a high level of one-on-one support. We were given lots of time to make other arrangements, which was very appreciated.

At the end of the day it's no one's fault, it's just a matter of finding the right fit for your child. And this isn't meant to warn off parents with kids on the spectrum, because no two kids on the spectrum are the same, but parents need to be realistic about their expectations, based on the severity of their child's developmental delays.

I want to thank them for taking on my daughter on such short notice and allowing us the time to gain a better understanding of the daycare system, as this was a new experience to us as well.

We did eventually find a much better fit and have been doing wonderful since with extra supports in place, etc. Thanks again.
