Amazing. We haven’t had our decals put on yet, but Lori and Dani have been amazing to deal with. Both so helpful, professional and their wisdom and knowledge was very refreshing. So i had them do some wrap on a truck i was selling, after a few days the wrap was showing a few spots of lifting in the corners. I called and they were more than happy to have a look and deal with the problem. I talked back to my customer and the wrap had settled and he was fine with how it looks. One month later i get a call from Lori asking about the situation. Great follow up and customer service i highly recommend using their services.

I called this morning, September 16, to inquire if they do window tint removals. Dani answered the phone, and I explained the situation--Another business in town failed a 2023 Honda Civic for having tint. She was sympathetic and even emailed me a copy of the standards and procedures for Manitoba. Unfortunately their shop doesn't do Manitoba Safety Inspections so I had to go somewhere else but if they did they would get my business.

As a token of thanks I had some coffee delivered to her office.I wish all people had this level of great communication and customer level skills
