So many positives to describe Andria and the whole ACM team. Through our entire process from initial consultation, to design, to construction they were exceptional. They are first and foremost client focused. Through every step of our project they were knowledgeable, innovative, honest, transparent and flexible. Their trades were incredible, respectful of our home/cottage, and focused on delivering high quality on even the smallest aspects of our project. The end result was a stunning main floor and kitchen renovation that was completed on time and on budget. All while we as clients felt informed, comfortable and confident at every step. We are very happy with our renovation by ACM.  They transformed all our living space including 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, living room, dining room & kitchen. With a limited budget, we knew the house well enough to know once ACM started, they would encounter "issues".  Each time something came up, it was quickly identified and fully discussed with us including budget options and recommendations.  We felt totally confident with Andria and her team. They promptly replied to our queries and addressed any concerns. We received thorough documentation including drawings, plans & elevations, specs & pricing for fixtures and samples, full budgets including revisions, and final accounting for each penny.  All the sub-trades were prompt, professional and very skilled.  Deadlines were communicated and respected. They showed up when they said they would, and the follow-up since project completion is appreciated.
We love our "new home" and are happy to recommend ACM to everyone.

We reached out to ACM for an initial consultation over Instagram thinking we would do a new kitchen in our very old-school modest cottage. It was a pleasure meeting Andria and Mary and right away they started to identify opportunities that we never would have thought of. The design process was fun and creative. The ACM team was responsive, clear and always quick to explain options. They respected our budget and came up with thoughtful ways to save and impactful places to spend. To a person, each member of the team was a pleasure to work with.

Like any old cottage that hadn’t been well-maintained over 20 years of ownership we ran into unexpected hitches. Through videos (some of which were hilarious!) Andria and her great group of skilled trades (the best!) showed us what was going on and helped us to choose the smart solutions.

The renovation that we have completed exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and incredibly functional.

Perhaps best of all we know ACM is always in our corner and we wouldn’t have anyone else touch our place!
