I dealt with Stephanie on a policy for a non-typical recreational type vehicle for road use. My own insurer would not help me even though they could have with a little effort. They were not willing to make that effort.
On the other hand Stephanie went to great lengths to make sure my vehicle got coverage. This took a lot of effort on her part for no great reward but the satisfaction of a job well done. Rarely do you find a ‘customer centric’ business anymore but it still exists within this company. Lots of calls and inquiries on her part were necessary to make this happen. For me this was true ‘customer service. I am very impressed with the service I received and would recommend to anyone who wants great service with “quick results”, I am very very pleased with their way of doing business the “old fashioned way”. Could not say enough about the whole experience.

I changed companies a few years ago and Action Group Insurance literally saved me over a $1,000 on my policies. They are always helpful and polite. A great bunch of people there, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Small town is where it is at!

I am very disappointed with how my account was handled at renewal. I was with Aviva and understand they no longer were dealing with this company the explanation i got IN email And the letter I got did not reflect eachother. I emailed my broker (Larry ) a couple times and he did not even respond. He did not give me sufficient notice with information with my account. Which left me scrambling! in March i noticed a few days went by my insurance payment never came out i emailed him and he assured me everything was fine and I was paid up until April 24th. Which was my renewal date. He then said he would get me a quote. So he did then promptly told me he couldnt insure me because of an accident and 1 ticket. His explanation made no sense and when i went to another broker they insured me no problem with the same company. I feel scammed by this guy and he didnt even have the decentcy to contact me or email me back. I would definitely NOT Recommend this brokerage! very disappointed!

As a regular consumer I pride myself on getting multiple quotes action was by far the best price and the most helpful. They were very accommodating to my wife and I and they definitely hold the title for customer service in Strathmore I highly recommend them.

At first they did give us a great deal. But now that a different person has taken over our account we are not getting the same type of service. After this term is up I’ll be going with another company
