Friendly, personable and good attentiveness and ability to listen to detailed requests. I've been with them for like four or five years now. Renewing again because they're 1. local and Canadian and 2. They have a good variety of staff specializing in each area. They also have a few tricks up their sleeve that other agencies don't necessarily have. I don't think you'll find their big-corp marketing technology from their parent company downscaled to small business like this anywhere else. Would recommend.

Are you tired of throwing you advertising money into a black hole and "hoping" it delivers? Are you sick of only speak to your advertising account manager when they are looking to sell you more advertising? Do you HATE being "just a profit centre" to a big faceless media conglomerate that "does advertising" but really only on their own platforms and papers? If you said yes to any of the above you need to give AdCaffeine a try. I moved my corporate advertising to them 3 years ago and I have never looked back. I received monthly newsletters from my account manager with tips and tricks for marketing, plus a good book recommendation AND I hear from them proactively.

No more do I hear "Hey man your most recent campaign didn't work out...give me more money and I will do another one that might work better!" Now I get a phone call (yeah an actual phone call) that goes like this- "Hey man, I know we just started your campaign a week ago but the numbers aren't where we need them to be. Here are the 3-5 things I have changed to see if it gets you better results. I will touch base next week to let you know if my changes have helped. Do you have any questions?"

I also love that they will say no. "Hey I want to do this!" Doesn't just lead to them taking your cash and doing what you say. It leads to a conversation where they point out why your idea may not work the way you think it will and what they can do to help keep the spirit of your idea but implement it in a more successful manner.

TLDR- Give this folks a shot and you won't be disappointed.
