I'm from Vancouver and I made an appointment with Jason at AD Pro to rent some sign posts for a road side advertisement I needed to have installed in Merritt. I feel that I should write my experience because it was very horrible.

I requested to rent the posts and have them installed. Jason at AD Pro quoted me $30 per month TO RENT the sign posts and $250 for the installation of my signs.

On the day of the scheduled appointment, AD Pro DID NOT SHOW UP. I called Jason and he didn't know where his crew was. He gave me a phone number and told me to call them myself. I did and and no one answered. I waited for over an hour on the side of the road, Jason was no help and refused to reschedule me for another day or time because they were too busy.

I was fortunate to find another person to help me and Jason told me at last minute they would do the install after all. I told Jason that I wouldn't need their help anymore because I had committed to someone else now because AD Pro never showed up and wouldn't reschedule at that time.

Jason at AD Pro became very hostile towards me and began to yell at me over the phone that I was cancelling on him. I reminded him that no one from AD Pro showed up for the appointment and I was stood up. That AD Pro refused to reschedule. Jason stated that this is HOW HE DOES BUSINESS and proceeded to then threaten my reputation and credit.

I received a call from credit collections that Jason at AD Pro had sent the invoice to Collections.I have contacted BBB to file a complaint. To date, Jason at AD Pro has not submitted any proof that custom posts were ever ordered even though all communication between us states it was a $30 per month POST RENTAL with installation only. I did not ask for custom posts and I did not ask to buy any posts.

This is from work awhile ago but sometimes we only post bad things and good work is left unacknowledged.

We had two ladies come and help us with our yard. My wife was very please with the amount of work that got done.

A year later I was looking for some contractor grade filter cloth. I can't remember the owners name but he offered to pick it up for me in kamloops. He paid for it and collected after dropping it off. I thought that was pretty amazing and really appreciated it.

Just like the previous review, I would give zero stars if it were possible. If you enjoy poor professionalism, and a hot head then this guy is for you. There are plenty of better companies out there that conduct themselves appropriately on and off site.

Edit: it's funny how the company claims they never did any work for any of these negative comments. Be aware

Bad attitude, complete lack of progessionalism (and hygeine). My advice:if you're looking for a job done well, go to the next guy on the list. Even if you just want it done cheap, there are better options.
