Hayden (salesman) and the Adam’s Chevrolet were AMAZING!
My company is based in Vancouver, BC and I trusted them to make sure the vehicle I purchased (2016 Ford transit) was a worthy investment. Hayden made videos showing the vehicle in its honest condition. He was open, upfront, and extremely detailed in making sure I felt comfortable flying out to purchase it and driving it home! When I arrived he was welcoming and very helpful. He assisted me in all insurance and transit related situations. I then had a long journey back to Vancouver. The van drove FLAWLESSLY. It also easily passed the out of province inspection the next day.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and Hayden!

Extremely happy with my purchase. Our salesman Hayden helped find exactly what we were looking for. We went in looking at a few other options but after sitting down and explaining our wants/needs with Hayden he knew exactly what would be a great fit for us 🙂

RAVE To Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC, when my vehicle broke down 2 hours away, I was able to get it towed to their service center in Ponoka. After they fixed over $1500 worth, there were still too many issues with the vehicle. They never charged me a dime!!!
Then their sales department, specifically Hayden and Susie were able to help me and my family purchase a safe , affordable, reliable vehicle!
What felt like a nightmare, was actually a blessing in disguise!

We were on our way for a family vacation when we had truck issues. Pulled into Adams in Ponoka and the service department was able to get us in right away. Got the truck fixed and back on the road within a few hours and allowed us to carry on with our journey. The staff here were very pleasant and went above and beyond for our family to make sure we could still enjoy our holiday. Big thanks to the mechanics and Rob the service manager for understanding and doing what they could to help us out!! They understood what was important and ensured we were looked after in this time.of crisis. Definitely will be back to them for service when needed!!
