Arrived within time frame to pick up car on the day in the morning, was told to come back in couple of hours as no cars available. Came back at agreed time, finally got a car after an hour wait. We were upgraded and the guy serving us was by himself who is managing the desk and cleans the cars, while representing 3 rental companies! No complaints to the employee working there but we missed out half of day on our day trip we had planned. Won't be returning in a hurry!

Awful service from incredibly unempathetic staff. Booked reservation clearly stating age of driver, only to arrive and be turned away because of a policy printed on paper and taped to the wall. Closed immediately after at noon, so we could not bring another driver in time. Also turning away others who had reservations because of a lack of cars, so don’t expect a car just because you reserved it - they will screw you over.

Had a flat tire and I was told that I’ll get a replacement car as the punture was un repairable . Made several calls to road side assistance, they asked local office to follow up which didn’t have car and forwarded my request to their airport Calgary office . Currently, I’m sitting in my hotel room waiting to hear from them for replacing my car , no news even after several hours .. Bad service!!! Don’t ruin your vacation, rent elsewhere.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff here namely Daniel for his patience and prompt assistance that we had experienced last week. We had a flat tyre issue and was able to change to a new car immediately to continue our trip. That's been a great help to us as we needed to head back to Calgary airport the next day, so waiting for 3 days to get the original tyre change was not a possible option for us.

We rent a car for a few days in calgary. Since we arrived in revelstoke, the battery is out of order. After Many calls, during which the company tried not to find solutions, they don't want to pay a new battery. Their solution is to boost the battery for 70$ that we have to pay. On top of that the problem would'nt be fixed. So we have booked a car that is broken. Alamo doesn't want to help us they want us to come to a alamo center to get the car repaired, but the nearer is 3 hours from where we are and the car doesn't works. We always rent cars when we travel all around the world and we have never had a problem like this even with little local rentals.
Does someone think this situation is correct ?

Very poor experience all around. I had initially reserved and had received confirmation of my reservation of a luxury class vehicle. A Cadillac or something similar as the website described. I get there to find they in fact do not have my car, nor do they have anything similar. I was offered a yaris, or a wrangler. The young Australian behind the desk lacked the proper acumen for a front of line position, and just gave off the air of not wanting to be there. I made the proper decision and went to avis to get better service in the heart of town. Avoid enertprise/Alamo if you can.

worst rental experience ever!
I had reserved a car in Banff for one day. When I came there they had no car - none !!! There were several other customers who shared the same experience. Definitely not recommended !
