ROBERT @ ALBERTA CAR KEYS

Amazing service!! Robert absolutely saved me from being scammed by a company posing as mobile car locksmiths. After consulting with him regarding why the “other” company was taking over 2 hours to reprogram a key fob for my car with zero communication to me about what was going on. I told Robert the name of the company and he recommended getting them out of my vehicle asap before they destroyed the electronics of my car. The “other” company showed me one of their techs licence and I found out it is for a tow truck tech to unlock a vehicle NOT a locksmith licence to reprogram vehicle key fobs. They ran away as soon as I had my husband on the phone and was recommended to consult the rcmp.
They literally unplugged their program equipment, got in their vehicle and drove away! After they left I found out they had riffled through my car.
Robert was there 5 mins after the other company left, boosted my battery which was now dead.
Supplied and Reprogrammed an actually Mazda key fob within 15 mins. LIFESAVER, AND his fees were cheaper than the other fraudulent company.!! He showed me what a proper locksmith licence looks like! I know better now 🙂. He was very knowledge and had me laughing right away with his humour. Would absolutely recommend!

I’ve been working with Robert (the owner) for awhile now. He has very fair pricing and provides premier services to Edmonton & surrounding areas. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond for them. I was taken back by his level of professionalism and punctuality as a locksmith. As I work in Property Management and don’t meet many locksmiths as good as him especially with the level of Customer service & commitment he provides.

I mysteriously lost my keys including my car key and needed a replacement. I was referred to Rob at Alberta Car Keys and he was able to assist right away. One of his staff members Drew was able to come out at 7:30 am the next morning to reprogram my new key and it as quite fast. Great customer service! I was able to drive my car to work that morning with no issues.
