Todd and his staff are amazing! COVID sure threw a wrench into the way everyone operates, but I feel clean and safe when I entered the office. I was the only one in there and the service was great. I had an eye exam and it was really cool at the end of the exam for the optometrist to show me my old prescription and then my new prescription with the flip of a switch. It was amazing to actually see so much more detail. From someone who has worn glasses his entire life, I will definitely be back. Thanks, Todd!

Absolutely the best optometrist and optician in Alberta! We drive there from Sherwood Park. It’s well worth the drive. Steve is very knowledgeable and caring. He’s very thorough with eye exams and gets the prescription right.

Todd the owner was excellent finding just the right glasses for the three of us. My daughter has downs and is very particular about her looks. Todd and staff got her the perfect glasses. I was so impressed I got three pairs and left my old pair for lens replacement.

The BEST optometrist I've seen in 30+ years of wearing glasses! Their customer service can't be beat! Todd genuinely remembers, and listens attentively to, his patients/customers, caring about their wants and needs as to accommodate them in any way he can! It's rare to find an "owner" as hands on, in the day to day stuff, and as personable as Todd is. But there's no "I" in team and Todd has a great team to back him and the store up!

Todd and his assistant (blanking on her name rn) took the time to make sure that a.) my daughter and I felt totally comfortable, and beautiful, in our new frames; b.) my daughter's first pair of bifocals was an easy and fun transition from her previous low strength reading pair; c.) I had a backup pair for those times that I would surely, accidentally ofc, lose/break them; and d.) when my pair wasn't fitting properly (design flaw) that I was able to return them to be fixed or, in this case, replaced without a second thought!
