ASI installed my Security System. They have provided an easy to use system that has given me peace of mind on the security of my property. The Camera system is Excellent and has been effective in capturing images of uninvited trespassers and thieves. 1st class service and Quality products!

This team is awesome! They were upfront and honest with installation, clean and fast work, competitive pricing and quality Equiptment.

Hugh and the whole team are excellent. I opened my business downtown Kelowna which can be a little sketchy at times, so security is essential. I selected an internal security system with a an office camera and a doorbell camera for the front door. There was a minor issue with the wifi connection to the doorbell camera but they quickly diagnosed the problem. My internal wifi needed boosting so they installed a booster which fixed the issue. Installation was quick and painless, and thanks to Hugh’s suggestion to go with the doorbell camera, I can keep the front door locked while with a patient, but through their app I am still able to see and speak directly with anyone who rings the doorbell. It is the feature I use most. I can also access the internal camera and doorbell camera from anywhere in the world also using the app which has proven very handy when away on vacation. Turning the alarm on and off remotely has also been a great feature.
I highly recommend Alexander Security and I will be continuing their services as I expand the business to new locations. Thanks Hugh and gang for an amazing service and the peace of mind that goes with knowing my business is efficient and secure.
