Extremely disappointed. I provided all specs, dimensions, and the exact deadline up front—and they agreed to the rush order. Zero communication on the promised delivery date. A full day passed before I was finally told Tony was “ill,” and then suddenly the project couldn’t be done at all because their printer wasn’t big enough?

That’s information that should’ve been made clear before accepting the job—not after wasting my time and leaving me scrambling past my deadline. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend for time-sensitive or detail-specific projects.
