So I can't thank the owner and his two friends enough. My son has been riding his scooter since he was probably 4 or 5. And today was probably the best day of his life as he landed a back flip. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him land it. The amount of support and encouragement given to him today was next level. Was able to grab him some grip tape and grips there also. Highly recommend this place.

Derek is awesome - cares a ton about the youth he works with and has a genuine desire for youth to be active and to grow in an action sport skill set. There's definitely lots of challenges and hurdles to hold in balance as a business owner, and Derek is doing a great job. Keep up the great work dude! (Kyle - Drop In Skateparks)

Went there today holes in the ramps unsafe transitions and the customer service was terrible purchased a headset when taking mine off realized my fork tube was ovaled out so the headset was a non issue would not accept return owner is not a good person to deal with won't be coming back.

as per your response is exactly why you arnt good to deal with aswell as the part was not used, I never said anything wrong nor was I ever aggressive towards the girl working I'm sure belittling your customers will get you super far in life I'm sorry my review personally offended you but that seems to be on you I talked to the staff only with respect wich like you said you weren't there to attest to but it's your decision that affect the sales and business enjoy the updated review sounds like you may just be the socially challenged one but that should be nothing new to you

This skatepark is HUGE. The size and height of some of the ramps is epic. Quite an amazing place for kids to scooter, skateboard or ride bikes. Having said that, I'd take issue with the description that this place is a "world-class facility" (the owner's response to another Google review):
1) There are various places where pieces of lumber have been stacked up into piles, sawdust has been swept and piled into corners, and there are some off-to-the-side ramps that appear to have been abandoned as their approaches are now partially blocked with odd piles of equipment or debris. This would all be somewhat understandable if the place had just been built, they had a "soft opening" and they're still in the process of a final cleaning, but it has been open for years. When is the construction debris going to be removed?
2) Now, I understand that the clientele is almost entirely tween and teen boys who leave their abundant junk food garbage absolutely everywhere, but I'm not willing to let it go that the washroom smells like an open sewer and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in some time - and the soap dispensers are empty, not cool after having to use that fetid disaster.
3) Be careful going to the 2nd floor birthday party room if you're an average height grown adult. I was walking up a tiny narrow staircase and cracked my head on the stairway ceiling hard enough that I nearly knocked myself out and would have probably broken my neck falling down the stairs.
4) The facility is under no obligation to provide upholstered chairs to the parents that wait around for hours while their kids enjoy the ramps, but if you're going to do so can they at least not look like filthy bedbug-ridden horrors that appear to have been picked up off the curb on garbage day?

"World class facility" means the whole place is great. The ramps and the bowl are great. The rest of the facility is a dump. Enjoy - parents who've driven several hours from out of town, find someplace else to pass the time and equip your kids with sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer.

This place is epic! Derek and the crew at all in have done a great job building something special here. We drive from 2hrs away and worth the drive. My son attended the summer camp and he loved it. It really built his confidence.

On our first visit to this location, we were both impressed but disappointed.

One can tell that a lot of time, money, and creativity went into the main bowl and ramp areas. The designs cater to a wide range of rider skill levels and warrant enough variety that fatigue would set in before boredom. Well done on that front. However……

The place definitely needs some TLC and ambition behind it. Two of the ramps had holes in them and the riders had to watch out for them. Much litter was prevalent in common and sitting areas eg water bottles, wrappers, etc. The odor from the men’s washroom was horrific as was the upper seating area that with a quick walk through revealed locations behind that seemed to be flop spots. Who knows what happens in there…..

Would we go back? Maybe. Maybe not. The owner needs to spend a bit of time and $ to get the place up to a satisfactory standard as far as I’m concerned. Rating: 5/10
