I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tammy at AMF. I thought this process was going to be stressful and slow but it was the exact opposite. I was treated with respect and she answered every question I had without judgement. This is the complete opposite of what I experienced when dealing with the bank. My experience was NOT GOOD with a simple renewal after many years with no problems.But I removed my previous review & awarded more stars because in spite of all the problems I had with my renewal and the girl that was taking care of it once I spoke to one of the owners or managers things were done right away, and my questions were answered. Tanya is very good at her job and pleasant. Also, the other girl made them sound scammy by not answering my questions properly about extra fees on a paper I don’t usually get with my renewal, but once it was explained to me properly, everything was fine. Hopefully you won’t get the person that I did and if you do ask for someone else. Before that, I had no issues with this company at all. It has been reputable for me.

Straight forward process and good communication with all members of the team. There was a small hiccup once the lawyer was involved and I would have preferred the lawyer communicated all their document requirements before I signed anything. This matter was resolved relatively easily and funds were received in a timely manner.
