I had emailed this shop about a possible Christmas gift for my father, asking about a couple different factors that would play into a decision about whether I ordered form here (price estimate, timeline, any type of student discount possible, etc.) and received a curt response telling me the price. No mention of anything else I’d inquired about, nor any formalities within the email (they simply responded with two sentences, no greeting or sign off—frankly kind of sketchy). When I responded and asked about a few more details, I was met with two more sentences, and a feeling like I was not being valued as a customer. Rude, expensive, unprofessional to communicate with. Don’t order here.

I decided on doing lip balms with a design and our wedding date on them and Frank personally emailed me all the different options, advice on flavours most people enjoyed and different design options. The best customer service I have ever received, they were so helpful, fast response and the quality was impeccable! Everyone at my wedding was wondering where I get them and I will be sending all my friends here!
