Wow. Great performers. Story told very well. Im typically not a fan of live theater, but this show gives my wife hope I will go to more. Crazy how only three musicians commanded the preformance.

It was SO, SO well done. The young woman that played the part of the flirty rich girl stole the show. Along with her love interest in the play. And I'm so glad I got to see it, right here on PEI. Bravo!

This is a very professionally staged musical, with light dance elements. Pacing was good, and the performers clearly showed talent. It features Anne and Gilbert plot threads from the books prior to their marriage, but in young adulthood. The theater seats about 250-300. If you can't book it as a shore excursion from your cruise ship, just go online and book available seats. The theater is about a
15-20 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. Having read all the books, I recognized all the characters, but even people who have not read any of the books can enjoy this musical. 10/10 would do it again.

I am not much on musicals if I do not know the songs. I give this two thumbs up though. The performances were great, I really enjoyed this. Go see it

We were completely blown away with the talent of the musical; singing, costume and set design, tap dancing, choreography, and their ability to bring the beloved characters to life. As someone who only just finished reading the first book, this musical brought me to tears.
I recommend for those who have at least finished the first book - spoilers to come, but totally worth it. Its ignited my desire to finish the series. Only wish I could have a copy of the sound track. Our group broke out into song and dance multiple times after as a result - “You’re Island, you’re Island, you’re from Prince Edwards Island.”

I loved this! I had no idea that I still had such strong feelings about Anne and Gilbert, and the performance was first rate! Definitely worth doing in Charlottetown!

What a lovely sequel to Anne of Green Gables The Musical! The score and story are fairly true to the books they are based on. And the cast we saw today (June 2025) was marvellous. It was a highlight of our trip!
