Exceptional Customer Service !!!!
It started from the staff at Ansatel. I spoke first with Shreya. She arranged for Sarup to meet us in person as I requested. Sarup's professionalism and expertise sealed the deal for us. He answered all our questions. And it continued to happening with the rest of Ansatel's team; Joyce and Luxmi with paperwork and the transition for the installation date.
And then the best for last; Manpreet, the onsite technician was exceptional. He was patient with our questions, and his work presence was efficient and professional as well. Ansatel has an amazing team.

Ansatel have looked after Vancouver Foundation's phone system for over 15 years. Stability and uptime has been excellent but more importantly, their service has been first-class and very responsive when we needed them. Moreover, they helped us pivot early in the COVID pandemic with the addition of a soft phone app that enabled the remote worker. We have been extremely pleased with Ansatel and would not hesitate to recommend them to businesses large and small.

Great company to work with. Prompt service, almost always, although a recent experience with a person named Indy was very unpleasant. I called to clarify certain items on my invoice and was told that I can pay whatever I want and that she had other things to do. It was by far the most unprofessional phone conversation I ever had in a longtime, and that too from someone who supposedly is a supervisor at this business. Please train this person with phone skills or be ready to lose business.

Customer support is a huge problem. Every time we reported a problem, it took weeks to get back to us or didn't even respond. We still have problems that have not been resolved. I have called their support line, they always said that they will pass the support to the team and then we lost connection. Their installation agent has been scheduled at 9AM but didn't show up until 12PM without contacting us. It's the worst service we have received ever.
