I had the most amazing experience with Mike and staff at A-Ok! The arrangements I had made for my wedding dress alterations fell through. I picked up my fiancé's suit and explained the situation to Mike. No questions asked he had me come in with my dress, and he so thoughtfully and carefully tailored/altered it. The wedding dress fits perfectly now - beyond what I had expected! He spent about 3 hours with me as he began the alterations, explaining every detail of the process. The dress was ready for pick up the following day. Mike turned a very stressful bridal situation into a positive one. Mike also perfectly and quickly ordered and altered my fiancé's suit. A truly 10/10 experience at A-Ok!!

Thank you to Mike and Phyllis for the outstanding professional service my husband and I received today! We went in to purchase a suit and within an hour we had a suit, shirt, tie and a pair of shoes. All reasonably priced I might add. The suit pants were immediately hemmed, and the shirt was steamed to remove all wrinkles. We highly recommend A-Ok!

Mike and team were very helpful suiting up the groom and groomsmen for our wedding. He made sure all of their sizes suited their body types and all of the boys looked very sharp for the day of. We highly recommend A- Ok for any of your casual or formal needs. Thank you Mike.

Overpriced dress pants and guy gets rude and pushy and gives terrible advice on fitting. Woman was ok. Basic no-name dress pants ain't worth $150 each. Yikes! Rip job. Going to Edmonton next time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Arrived for a wedding in Cold Lake and was asked to step in as Best Man last minute. So I was desperate to find a white dress shirt that would fit (my neck size is 18.5/19) the day before the wedding. After a couple hours searching in Cold Lake I decided to head to Bonnyville and this was my first and only stop. The staff were knowledgable and very helpful and had me all ready to go in no time at all (they even steam pressed the shirt before I left). Will definitely stop in again on my next trip!

Today was the second time I have gone into this store and was made to feel like I was a burden. The man who help me, or should I say didn't help me, treated me like he did not have the time of day to provide me service to find me what I was looking for. I Took my business else where and spent my money there. I feel , if this man is not familiar with you and does not know you he is to busy for you. Yet my mother and stepfather never had an issue shopping there. For me I will not grace this store with my presence again
