The internet is decent and I have free complaints with it, although the price is comparable to the big companies.

My concern is with why I’m being hounded to pay my bill weeks before it’s due when I’ve never been late paying.

I was on vacation, and therefore did not pay it as quickly as usual, but it was not overdue (and was subsequently paid on time). I started receiving emails and phone calls to pay well beforehand (two weeks before). This comes after an hours-long system outage which was not reimbursed. I have never been late paying my bill and I overpay it, in fact. If you require an earlier due date, please state so in your next invoice.

Absolutely the best internet provider in town. We constantly have outages for Cogeco and Bell in our neighbourhood, not with Apsis. Very reliable, great speeds, and above all fantastic customer service.

I was with Apsis for a long time, this is a great company! The customer service is phenomenal, the internet was great with very to no issues. I truly can't go on about how well they treated me and my family, it was sad when I had to cancel. I would recommend this company to anyone, they make set up easy and help with any issues and were able to help me get the best deal for what I needed!

Was a customer for 3 years and the service itself wasn't bad but when I went to go close my account they wouldn't do it and I'm still fighting with them a year later and they are trying to charge me for the air cube rental still even though I returned it when I left st. Catherine's. Wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. Basically trying to scam customers by not closing the account when requested then charging for additional months due to their negligence.

Update: still haven't heard back again and doubt I ever will. Beware of this company they will ruin your credit score but sending you to collections for stuff you didn't use or have already returned.

I have been a customer for 5 years and I have had such an amazing experience with APSIS. Whenever I have called I have had nothing but wonderful people to help me. I live in a condo and my building decided to create a bundle pack with another company that was included in my condo fees, so I had no choice but to have to cancel with APSIS. Even when calling to cancel they were so helpful and so pleasant to talk to. I would like to thank team APSIS (and Ruth) for your wonderful experience. I will recommend you to family and friends when they are looking for a fantastic company for internet. And I know when the time comes and I move and need internet I will be a returning customer. ❌❌BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!❌❌
Please never go for random companies like them. They have no respect for people. I closed my account years before and out of no where they asked for the rental equipment, I mean what were you guyz doing before? Requested to talk to manager, never heard back from him!! Please don’t work if you don’t want to.
The guy I spoke to (ZACK) was so rude, you definitely need to learn some manners. Work on your social skills please!!
